Full-Time SRE - DevOps Lead

We are seeking a SRE - DevOps Lead for our fast-growing FinTech company.

Role Overview:

Lead our SRE-DevOps initiatives. Focus on platform reliability, scalability, and performance, driving automation and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the SRE-DevOps team.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Champion system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Optimize cloud-native application deployments using Kubernetes and AWS.
• Collaborate on 12 Factor App methodology and best practices.
• Foster continuous improvement and psychological safety.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
• Ensure infrastructure aligns with AWS framework and supports a multi-cloud strategy.

Requirements:

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent (Navro covers costs if not yet certified).
• Proven CI/CD pipeline deployment expertise (ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Experience with chaos engineering and observability tools (DataDog, Kibana).
• Strong grasp of 12 Factor App methodology and cloud-native practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and technical discussion skills.
• Proven team management and collaboration experience.
• FinTech or Payments industry experience (preferred).
