Full-Time SRE I

• Developing and refining deployment patterns and tools for feature development teams, focusing on technologies like Kubernetes/EKS, ECS, and Lambda on AWS.
• Writing Terraform, YAML, and bash scripts to automate service and environment deployments.
• Enhancing observability of our tech stack through logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerts, integrating these with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot production issues and identify automation opportunities.
• Migrating legacy technologies and environments to EKS on fully automated platforms.
• Continuously improving observability and automation in production and other environments.
• Expanding your skills and helping teammates do the same. We have a strong focus on internal training, with a budget for classes, conferences, and materials.
• Working remotely (this is a US-based remote-capable position).

• 1+ years of experience with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 1+ years of experience with a container orchestrator (Kubernetes, ECS, Swarm).
• 1+ years of experience with an Infrastructure as Code/Configuration Management (IAC/CM) tool (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack).
• 1+ years of experience working in Linux environments.
• 1+ years of experience with a CI/CD tool (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, CircleCI, Jenkins, etc).
• 1+ years of experience with a logging/metrics/alerting tool (DataDog, Sumologic, FluentD, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).
• Experience with scripting in Bash or similar languages.
