Full-Time SRE Specialist

We are seeking an SRE Specialist to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, implementing automation, and collaborating with development teams to maintain smooth production environments.

1. Support and development of monitoring systems.
2. Configuring and optimizing monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
3. Support logging systems. Organizing and improving logging systems (Opensearch or ELK), setting up notifications, and incident analysis.
4. Creation and maintenance of traffic routing. Configuring and optimizing traffic routing solutions (e.g., CloudFlare, Nginx, HAproxy) to ensure high availability and system resilience.
5. Updating and automating processes and services.
6. Providing IT support to employees and resolving issues.
7. Organizing technical support and promptly addressing issues.
8. AWS cloud infrastructure and services proficiency.
9. Terraform proficiency for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
10. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
11. Strong knowledge of Traffic routing and balancing systems and approaches.
12. Experience with reverse proxy (HAProxy/Nginx) and CDN (Cloudflare/Cloudfront) systems.
13. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
14. Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning for large-scale distributed systems.
15. Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
16. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
17. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
