Responsibilities:
- Support highly scalable applications and web services.
- Provide wide-range support, from simple issues to end-to-end onboarding.
- Actively participate in developing support tools and processes.
- Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve complex application deployment issues.
- Work cross-functionally with customers and partners.
- Analyze and categorize customer interaction trends.
- Build knowledge base articles.
- Troubleshoot container orchestration/management issues.
- Understand network protocols, DNS, load balancing, and related technologies.
- Work hours are either 8 AM to 5 PM UK time or 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications:
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes (Helm, Kustomize, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Linux administration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Docker, Spark, and Kafka.
- Deep understanding of modern server technologies.
- Familiarity with Observability and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet).
Bonus points:
- CKA, CKAD, or LPIC certifications.
- Experience with Relational Database Management Systems.
