Job Details
The SSTM Deputy plays a critical support role to the SSTM in ensuring timely and quality delivery of all EHE-related program milestones. This includes coordination of cross-functional activities, supervision of program phases, and active contribution to convergence and issue resolution processes.
- Coordinate and monitor all EHE activities to meet quality, cost, performance, and timing targets.
- Supervise budget forecasts, cost development, and timing plans.
- Track and ensure the delivery of all core function outputs and program maturity milestones.
- Drive feature convergence and oversee design assessments (A3C).
- Manage technical changes, ensuring full documentation.
- Lead the issue management process across all program stages.
- Monitor validation and industrialization phases, including APQP and homologation progress.
- Prepare KPI-based program reports and support escalation/arbitration when needed.
