Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or exploring AI's impact).
- 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large companies, ideally on a design team.
- Leading or significantly contributing to large, cross-functional initiatives and creating successful outcomes.
- Acting as a change ambassador, promoting and communicating new ideas to develop innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communicating with candor and empathy to drive continual improvement for self and others.
- Experience managing large projects/programs with cross-functional teams.
- Delivering solutions and strategies, mitigating obstacles.
- Using software to organize projects, track metrics, and report progress.
