Role Summary: As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you'll bridge development and operations using IaC, automation, and systems maintenance. You'll excel at designing best-practice IaC solutions and automating application infrastructure deployments, scaling, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams.
- Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions.
- Automate deployments, scaling, and management.
- Maintain systems to meet company needs.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis.
- Integrate security best practices into infrastructure lifecycle.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and solution architectures.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure.
- 5+ years experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., ECS, EKS).
- Expertise in implementing DevOps culture.
- Experience designing monitoring solutions.
- Passion for working with Engineering teams.
- Experience optimizing system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Experience scaling platforms on AWS & Azure.
Preferred Skills:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Docker Certified Associate
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000 (depending on experience and location), plus equity and bonus.
