Full-Time Staff DevOps Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure in hybrid environments (cloud-native AWS/GCP, on-prem).
• Develop internal tools and automation to improve developer experience.
• Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, GitOps workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers to embed infrastructure and operational thinking in the SDLC.
• Champion observability, reliability, and performance through metrics, logging, alerting.
• Lead incident response, postmortems, ongoing resilience improvements.
• Contribute to 24/7 on-call rotation for critical systems.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering.
• Strong coding skills (Python, Go, similar OOP language).
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), configuration management.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of networking, Linux internals, security best practices.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Observability mindset (tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.).
• (Preferred) Experience with hybrid service meshes, multi-cluster Kubernetes, edge computing.
• (Preferred) Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, RDBMS (MySQL/Postgres).
