The Opportunity: Seeking a talented and experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain cutting-edge infrastructure solutions using modern cloud platforms and automation tools. You will lead efforts to optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate critical processes, enhance reliability, scalability, and mentor engineers.

What You'll Be Doing: Lead DevOps program, driving automation, integration, and continuous delivery. Strategically migrate infrastructure from AWS to Azure. Establish a consistent CI infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering to design security best practices. Define infrastructural observability, availability, and containerization strategies. Champion security best practices, proactively identify and mitigate anti-patterns.
Must Have Skills: 8+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, focusing on cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. 3+ years of Kubernetes production experience. Ability to define a technical vision for DevOps, influence technical decisions, and drive best practices adoption. Tackle complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and think strategically about scalability, reliability, and performance. Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfort working remotely. Deep technical expertise in:
- Cloud Platforms - Azure: Compute Services (Azure VMs, App Service, Functions, ACI, AKS, Batch), Storage Services (Blob Storage, Files, Queues, Tables, Managed Disks), Networking (Virtual Network, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Firewall, DNS, Traffic Manager, ExpressRoute/VPN Gateway), Database Services (SQL Database, Database for PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, Cache for Redis).
- Security: Azure Security Center, Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure AD, RBAC.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, service meshes (Istio, Linkerd).
- CI/CD Pipelines: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI.
- Operating Systems (Linux): Strong command-line skills, system administration.
- Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, network security.
- Scripting and Automation: Bash, Python, Go.
- Monitoring and Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, New Relic.
Salary: $139k-$194k USD (targeting $166k USD)
