We are seeking brilliant Staff DevOps Engineers with a passion for consumer products to join our dynamic team. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers to build tools and systems that empower our teams to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
- Ship code daily and conduct extensive A/B testing.
- Build the infrastructure for all services.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code, thoroughly testing and reviewing it before deployment.
- Identify and implement infrastructure scaling opportunities.
- Develop tools to troubleshoot and fix issues.
- Ensure proper technical design and documentation.
- Effectively navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
- 7+ years of cloud-based system experience.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (networking, databases, distributed systems).
- Experience with AWS.
- Expertise in container orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Ruby, or Go).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Understanding of information security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
Target base salary range for remote roles in Canada: CAD $140,000-$175,000 annually.
