Full-Time Staff Engineer, Data Science

• Total experience 7+ years.
• Must have experience in Data Science Fundamentals, Data Analysis & Visualization, Statistics & Probability, SQL, Model Packaging & Deployment.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Experience in prompt engineering, RAG & Generative AI.
• Experience in Python or R for Data Science.
• Experience in Classification-regression, Forecasting, Unsupervised Models, Recommendation Systems, Natural Language processing & Optimization.
• Strong working experience in machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience in Data science on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Enthusiastic about different areas of work and exploring new technologies.
• Clarity of thought and strong communication skills.
• Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
• Capable of mentoring team members.

• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Understanding functional requirements.
• Envisioning the overall solution.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Enabling application development.
• Leading/supporting UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort.
• Addressing issues promptly.
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
