Area of workWe’ve recently established a new area called GTM (Go-To-Market), which oversees the entire funnel for Acquisition, Engagement, and Upselling/Cross-Selling for our doctors and clinics. GTM is organized into three groups: Integrations, Patient Flywheel, and Product-Led Growth (PLG). These groups work closely together to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
RoleAs a Staff Engineer, you’ll lead and be accountable for impactful, complex cross-group technical initiatives, ensuring high-quality solutions with high operational standards. You’ll partner with Engineering Managers and UX to shape the area and company direction.
What you will be doing
- Lead technical initiatives impacting group and area direction (3 groups, ~10 teams)
- Partner with Engineering Managers and engineering teams
- Accountable for technical initiatives
- Work with technical leaders to develop an effective technical strategy
- Be a point of reference for Engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching

- Strong technical background supporting and unblocking engineering teams in complex discussions
- Proactive, positive mindset balancing impact and sustainable development
- Strong backend development experience with a holistic full-stack understanding
- Experience in cross-team initiatives and creating buy-in
