About the project: We are seeking a passionate Staff iOS Engineer to design and implement advanced features for our iOS applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product management and design teams to translate user requirements into intuitive interfaces. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality. You will optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues for a seamless user experience. Staying updated with the latest iOS trends and mentoring junior engineers will be key aspects of your role.

You will be able to:

• Design and implement advanced features and enhancements for our iOS applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate requirements and user stories into technical specifications and elegant, intuitive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability across the team.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their integration into our development process.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and team on product and engineering roadmaps.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering career
• 8+ Years of experience working with Swift
• 8+ Years of experience working with Objective-C
• 8+ Years of experience working with iOS development and frameworks (UIKit, Core Data OR Core Animation)
• 4+ Years of experience working with MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) implementing it in iOS applications
• 4+ Years of experience working with RESTful APIs
• 4+ Years of experience working with Testing frameworks (XCTest OR Quick/Nimble)
• 4+ Years of experience combining framework for reactive programming and integrating it into iOS applications
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
