Full-Time Staff Master Data

Objective:

Maintain the databases of suppliers or clients (third party or intercompany), products, brands, media used by either North America, for direct (production) or indirect purchases (agency); as well as obtaining the required legal/tax information for the proper set up.

Responsibilities:

•To create and maintain the master database records (who payments may be issued to, taxpayer id, banking information, add additional address information)

•To review information from the pre- established templates, from invoices presented and/or templates provided directly by the vendor or BU/Resources contact

•To support any taxation effort by updating the master databases. In the case of Latin American requests make sure the proper legal/tax documentation is received, along with the request

•To ensure all the requests received daily, are diligently tracked in the controls database

•To understand/apply all the different exceptions that affect to the agencies depending on the type of BU and/or brand to ensure all data processing services provided follow Agency/Corporate Policies as well as fulfilled within the SLA’s

•To perform special projects assigned by the different LOB’s, duplicates database clean up, for example

•To fulfill accesses requests for different business partners and clients, according to the Groupe SOD controls

•Intermediate/Advanced English (oral and written skills)

•SAP knowledge is a plus
