The Team: The ServiceNow Platform Expert team is a high-performing group optimizing and maintaining enterprise platforms. They collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
The Role: As a Staff Platform Expert Engineer, you'll shape the architecture, performance, and scalability of our ServiceNow platform. You'll provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise to optimize platform capabilities.

To be successful in this role:
- Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in IT, 5+ years with ServiceNow development/administration. Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and performance analysis.
- Experience: Relational Databases, SQL performance, SQL tuning, and understanding of Explain Plans. ServiceNow AI/ML, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence. Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk).
- Soft Skills & Leadership: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication (presenting technical concepts to stakeholders), ability to work independently, and prioritize effectively.
