Position Summary:We seek a highly experienced Staff Engineer with expertise in application development using Gen AI and Machine Learning. You'll drive the architectural vision for our AI enterprise platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance. You will partner with leadership, product, and engineering teams to shape the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, and solve complex problems that scale our AI systems.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of a large-scale, mission-critical AI platform.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding decisions on architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders.
- Drive cross-functional projects to enhance platform integration, reliability, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, including microservices design.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, building enterprise platforms at scale with expertise in AI/ML.
- Experience in designing and deploying real-time LLM systems.
- Experience evaluating, monitoring, and iterating on LLM solutions.
- Experience with ML packages (Tensorflow/PyTorch, Sagemaker, MLFlow).
- Expertise in Node, TypeScript, and Python (.NET is a plus).
- Strong systems design skills for high availability and scalability.
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS).
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to influence technical direction and work cross-functionally.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points (optional):
- Experience with AI/ML solutions integration (Salesforce, Genesys).
- Experience in multi-agent solutions and reinforcement learning.

Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 per year. Bonus and equity potential.
