Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers, making technical decisions.

Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of expert UI programming skills with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular, and Node.js
- 5+ years of Tech Lead experience in building scalable web applications using modern cloud technologies.
- Deep technical expertise in JavaScript frameworks and single-page application development.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, design patterns).
- Proficiency with the DOM and asynchronous event programming.
- Experience with cross-browser development on large-scale applications.
- Understanding of responsive design, web standards, and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience with blue/green deployments.
- Experience with multiple JavaScript/CSS frameworks and libraries (Angular, React, Bootstrap, Storybook).
- Proficiency in UI testing and automation frameworks (Protractor, Jasmine, Cucumber).
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Bonus Skills
- Collaboration in open-source communities.
- Experience with CSS pre-processors (Sass, Less, Stylus).
- Experience with Node development workflows (npm, gulp).
- Experience with data visualization APIs (Highcharts, D3, Google Charts).
- Previous mobile web or native development experience.
- Financial Services experience.
Education
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
