Full-Time Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will build high-quality, secure, scalable, and reusable code. Grow our business by bringing internal products to the world. You will:

• Work closely with Engineering Managers and Architects to develop technical designs.
• Design and develop high-quality applications using the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop across web technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, SQL).
• Work in a Scrum-based Agile process.
• Design and implement intuitive, easy-to-use software for customer extensions and customizations.
• Play a key role in new product and feature design/implementation.
• Translate requirements and mock-ups into functional features.
• Build rich, modern web/mobile experiences.
• Mentor and groom lead engineers.

To be successful, you must:

• Have experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Have 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Have 5+ years of experience with Java or JavaScript, plus front-end technologies.
• Be proficient in various architectural models (domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven, micro-frontends).
• Have in-depth knowledge of multiple technology stacks (cloud providers, messaging platforms, languages, UI frameworks, monitoring systems, cloud services, web technologies).
• Be experienced in building smart systems with AI/ML concepts.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Have ServiceNow platform experience (preferred).
