ServiceNow Digital Technology Go to Market team is building a world-class, AI-powered Go-To-Market CRM that gives every seller real-time, data-driven guidance from lead to cash and right inside the Now Platform. Our Agentic AI and GenAI infused apps automate outreach, deal orchestration, and post-sale hand-offs creating a world class experience for our sellers. You’ll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX engineers to ship features at SaaS speed and global scale. We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software AI Engineer with development experience and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. This role blends application development with cutting-edge AI capabilities.
What you get to do:
- ServiceNow Engineering: Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops).
- AIA Studio Development: Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes.
- AI System Design: Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation.
- RAG + KG Solutions: Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal.
- Agentic Workflows: Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, higher deal velocity).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
- Scalability & Reliability: Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems using industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and setting high standards for code quality and innovation.
To be successful:
- Experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years of software development experience with system design and cloud engineering foundation.
- Experience in building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Strong familiarity with AIA Studio.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies: Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, Knowledge Graphs.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
- Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
- Experience working with GTM domains (CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, sales analytics).
