Our Go to Market team is building an AI-powered Go-To-Market CRM that provides real-time, data-driven guidance to sellers, from lead to cash, inside the Now Platform. We seek a highly skilled Staff Software AI Engineer with Go-To-Market (GTM) domain expertise. This role combines application development with cutting-edge AI capabilities.
You’ll work on the ServiceNow platform, leverage AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows, and build intelligent solutions using Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). Your work will transform how sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams operate.
What you’ll do:
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops).
- Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes.
- Design AI-powered systems using LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval for contextual insights and automation.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to provide sales with real-time data to close deals.
- Implement AI agents for task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, deal velocity).
- Collaborate with Product and Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
- Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems using industry best practices.
- Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and high standards for code quality and innovation.
Skills required:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong system design and cloud engineering foundation.
- Experience building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong familiarity with AIA Studio for intelligent automation.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, and Knowledge Graphs.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
- Experience working with GTM domains.
