Full-Time Staff SRE Solutions Lead

• Create and maintain documentation for integration processes.
• Partner with CMDB and development teams for integration decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather new data & integration requirements.
• Partner with Software Engineering for CMDB cloud device tagging requirements.
• Manage integration requests with Cyber Security.
• Design and manage CDMB manual data validation using ServiceNow’s Data Manager.
• Assist with audit required asset and artifact requirements.
• Ensure the quality of automated discovery methods for CMDB.
• Participate in design reviews for integration strategies.
• Develop monitoring to resolve integration/data issues using ServiceNow’s ATF.
• Implement and manage data dictionary and training for CMDB/Asset Management.
• Perform audits of integration solutions.
• Align CMDB/Asset Management integration solutions with business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of data integration capabilities.
• Develop Service Mapping to define Business Services and dependencies.
• Assist with complex reporting requirements.
• Develop onboarding requirements for CMDB/Asset device types.
• Assist developing CMDB guiding principles and training.
• Assist with automation impacting CMDB/Asset data.

• Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of CMDB/CSDM data models and service mapping.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow & Eracent.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, data management, and ITIL processes.
• Understanding of software development, databases, and system architecture.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred.
• Experience with architecture diagrams using Visio/Lucidchart/AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with various device types.
• 8+ years of experience in global enterprises.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow IT Operations experience.
• Proven experience with CMDB administration and integration.
• Experience with integration types like REST/SOAP APIs.
