We are seeking a senior-level Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a builder's mindset who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to chaos, and fosters alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to launch across engineering, product, compliance, and business teams.
- Drive change management to ensure team alignment and adoption of new processes, tools, and programs through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a force multiplier by identifying friction points, aligning stakeholders, and creating repeatable frameworks to improve execution and delivery velocity.
- Apply agile and scrum methodologies effectively, tailoring practices to fit program context and driving team accountability.
- Understand architectural impacts of cross-team work and navigate technical tradeoffs with engineering and product partners.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and status updates.
- Partner with engineering leadership and product teams to translate business needs into executable plans, balancing scope, speed, and quality.
- Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate critical issues.
- Influence decision-making and drive alignment across senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Contribute to the evolution of TPM best practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, ideally in a high-growth or regulated environment.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional programs on time with measurable impact.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and other Agile tools.
- Strong change management experience guiding teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in technical conversations, challenging assumptions, and scoping solutions with engineering and product.
- Deep understanding of agile, scrum, and lean methodologies; comfortable coaching teams and adapting practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated industries is a plus.
