Full-Time Staff Technical Program Manager

Role Overview: Staff Technical Program Managers deliver critical and strategic outcomes by directing and scaling engineering efforts. This role is within the Monetization org, focused on Pinterest's ads ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Drive development of new solutions and scaling of existing ones.
• Solve complex engineering problems and lead ambiguous programs from inception to launch.
• Influence product roadmaps during annual and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, data analytics, sales, business development, research, and product marketing.
• Define new processes to streamline stakeholder collaboration.
• Build communication channels for adaptive communication of schedules, priorities, status, and risk.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager or related experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and ability to develop new initiatives.
• Passion for execution and getting things done.
• Strong technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in creating and monitoring metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in creating and driving efficient processes.
• Experience in the ads space is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science).

Additional Information:

• Relocation assistance is not available.
• In-office collaboration is required 1-2 times per quarter.
• Location is in the USA.
• Salary range is $135,150 - $278,000 USD.
