Job Details
The Global Cloud Services PgM Team needs a Staff Technical Program Manager.
What you get to do in this role:
- Collaborate with Cloud Capacity Engineering leadership to develop and execute programs.
- Drive highly visible infrastructure programs for our Cloud Hardware and Storage Engineering organization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans related to datacenter builds, decommissions, and hardware deployments.
- Generate documentation for overall project plans.
- Lead/facilitate meetings, enabling common understanding of issues.
- Assist with communications and reporting of datacenter and rack automation operational activities.
- Proactively mitigate risks across key systems, processes and technical dependencies.
- Take ownership of ambiguous tasks and project dependencies and drive them to completion
- Contribute to the enhancement of the program management function.
- Be a leader in transparent and effective communication of program/portfolio status to key stakeholders

- Manages mid to large-scale projects.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communications.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Excellent leadership and proven people skills
- Possesses certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, and/or SAFE
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years’ project/program management in mid/large size companies
- BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM) or other equivalent combination education and experience.
