As part of the Client Experience Transformation team, you will join Clémence's team and participate in organizing premium events for our clients and training workshops for our internal employees.
- Participate in the design and monitoring of the deployment schedule for various events throughout the year.
- Execute, coordinate, and monitor events with various stakeholders.
- Contribute to reporting efforts for various contacts.
- Collaborate on post-event communication actions in conjunction with the Communications and Marketing department.
6-month internship starting in March 2025 and ending in August 2025.
Starting date: March 3, 2025.
Qualifications:
- Education: Business School, Engineering School or University (Bachelor's Degree +5).
- Experience: Ideally, last year student with 6 months of previous internship experience in event management, at an event organizing firm, company or public establishment/institution. This experience should have demonstrated your drive, tenacity, commitment, and presentation skills.
- Skills: Dynamic, enterprising, eager for challenges, business-minded, responsible in client relations.
- Values: Possess empathy, courage, generosity, teamwork and excellence.
- Skills: Possess an aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, ability to work collaboratively with diverse contacts. Rigorous, organized, able to prioritize tasks, and proficient with computer software.
- Skills: Ability to manage an event from start to finish, or a desire to be involved and learn. Creative, able to think outside the box and suggest innovative content in line with market expectations.
- Skills: Be a full team member, responsible and able to independently perform assigned tasks with regular reporting to your supervisor.
