WorkNomads is seeking a strategic leader to join our European leadership team. As a trusted advisor, you will drive sales excellence and data-driven insights.
- Business Intelligence & Insights: Design sales performance reports and customer insights. Design data collection strategies. Provide actionable insights to the client’s leadership.
- Sales Strategy & Client Engagement: Partner with sales leaders to define growth plans. Analyze performance metrics. Represent the business in reviews with client operations.
- Transformation & Process Excellence: Lead transformation initiatives focused on efficiency. Drive digital innovation and process automation.
- Leadership & Operational Oversight: Oversee operations managers and subject matter experts. Ensure revenue targets are achieved. Develop and manage incentive structures.
The tools in your backpack:
- 7+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Strategy, or Process Excellence in the BPO/fintech sector.
- Proven track record managing diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce; knowledge of Genesys Cloud & Odoo is a plus.
- Strong affinity with Excel and PowerBI.
- Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive analytics, and AI applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or another field with strong focus on analytics.
