Full-Time Strategic Events Operator

Primary Responsibilities: Works with Cvent on registration sites for all events, plans, manages, and executes Press Ganey/PG Forsta's strategic industry and client events (including HX25 conference, regional events, industry events, and strategic summits). Instrumental in developing registration paths, marketing, go-to-market strategies, and post-event lead strategies.

Event Management:

• Oversee Cvent relationship and manage registration sites.
• Coordinate all planning activities for conferences.
• Oversee attendee materials and work.
• Promote upcoming meetings to ensure target audience attendance.
• Interface with facility.
• Provide assistance to attendees for a satisfactory experience.
• Develop and maintain client registrant database.
• Build measurement tools to track performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain meeting facility files.
• On-site management and service recovery.
• Work with meeting/events companies to ensure logistical duties are completed on time and on budget.
• Assist with other Press Ganey/PG Forsta events.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years experience as an ERP Project Manager (preferably with Workday). Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of HR and Financials Processes in WD. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge and experience delivering projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. PMP or similar certification preferred. Strong MS Office, Visio, and Teams skills.
