Primary Responsibilities:
Work with Cvent on all registration sites for events. Plan, manage, and execute Press Ganey/PG Forsta's strategic events, including the annual HX25 conference (3,000 attendees), regional events (100 attendees in 10 cities), industry events, and strategic summits (50+ executive attendees).
Develop registration paths, marketing strategies, go-to-market strategies, and post-event lead strategies.
Travel up to 40% of the time to events.
Event Management:
- Oversee Cvent relationship and manage registration sites.
- Coordinate planning for conferences.
- Oversee attendee materials and work.
- Assist in promoting events.
- Interface with facilities.
- Provide assistance to attendees.
- Develop and maintain client registrant database.
- Build measurement tools for performance and improvement recommendations.
- Maintain a file on meeting facilities.
- On-site management and service recovery.
- Work with meeting and events companies.
- Assist with other Press Ganey/PG Forsta events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years experience as an ERP Project Manager, preferably with Workday.
- Strong project management skills (managing multiple projects).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR and Financial Processes in Workday.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Strong MS Office, Visio, and Teams skills.
Additional Information:
Press Ganey is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Salary range is $65,000-$70,000. Bonus and commission possible.
