Full-Time Strategic Initiatives, Senior Manager

• Represent the President’s office and partner cross-functionally to incubate and drive execution of high-visibility strategic initiatives.
• Drive best-in-class end-to-end management for initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Build consensus with cross-functional collaborators.
• Develop strategic insights and high-impact analyses for the President of Global Customer and Field Operations.
• Ensure consistency and clarity of executive strategy.
• Develop structured executive level compelling recommendations.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.

• 8+ years of experience in the software industry; 5+ years of Consulting, Strategy, Finance, or Sales experience.
• Proven track record of supporting senior executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage through ambiguity.
• High energy, disciplined execution and prioritization skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
