The growth of these customers is crucial for ServiceNow’s path to $20B+. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the Hyperscalers sales GTM motion.
As a Project Manager, you will establish and maintain project management standards for strategic initiatives. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, and report status and results to senior leadership.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a strong project management background, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the Hyperscalers team. You will align project goals with organizational objectives, provide guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while navigating ambiguity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects across the Hyperscaler GTM organization, establishing and maintaining standards and best practices for successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, reporting project status to senior leadership, outlining business goals and objectives, and including sales analysis and business impact metrics.
- Providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, identifying and implementing processes for improvement and enhancing project delivery.
- Supporting the adoption of project management tools and technologies, maintaining a repository of project documentation, and continuously managing updates across materials delivered to the business.
- Fostering a culture of cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement across the Hyperscaler GTM business, ensuring alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
