Full-Time Strategic R&D Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of expertise to oversee and coordinate project activities, manage team communications, and ensure the successful execution of agile methodologies such as Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
2. Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
3. Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
4. Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and team members.
5. Facilitate clear communication of project goals, expectations, and updates.
6. Promote a collaborative environment and address any team challenges or conflicts effectively.
7. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
8. Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
9. Ensure the team follows Agile principles and adapts to changes seamlessly.
10. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
11. Address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruption.
12. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, and deliverables.
13. Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
