Job Details
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team! In this role, you will:
- Accelerate value creation from existing initiatives
- Use deep analytical skills/strategic problem-solving
- Remove roadblocks/establish enablers
- Define incremental initiatives to bridge value gaps
- Initiative accelerants: Identify gaps, diagnose roadblocks, and design plans.
- Cross-departmental Initiative Enablers: Partner with initiative owners and establish organization-level enablers.
- Incremental Initiatives: Identify opportunities, validate, quantify, and define implementation plans.
- Program strategic review and risk assessment.
- Proactively improve the transformation program and mitigate risks.
- 5+ years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Structured problem-solving & strong analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information.
- Experience developing dashboards and executive summaries.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Telecom experience
- Understands wireline telco financials and drivers
- Familiar with telco operations and associated KPIs
- Understanding of US fiber market
