You will play a key role in shaping and executing Unit4’s long-term strategy, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization. From driving value creation initiatives and supporting M&A activities to enabling company-wide strategic planning and performance tracking, your work will directly influence the direction and success of the business.

- Support on the creation of the medium to long term growth planning, working closely with the cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive, track and measure on the value creation initiatives
- Drive and refine the annual objective setting process, as well as tracking and measuring performance, working closely with the cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner and support cross-functional teams in the evaluation of growth opportunities and support the execution of strategic / transformation projects to deliver robust data, analysis and insights to support decision-making, communicating these in an effective way
- Provide support the Supporting the broader Office of the CEO function on priorities, ad-hoc and day-to-day tasks
- Support on the M&A activities, including sourcing, market analysis, due diligence, internal presentations and the divestiture strategy
- Support in the preparation of strategy materials as required, as well as other strategic communication materials for internal or external purposes
- Stay abreast of local industry, competitive, and regulatory trends, gathering competitive intelligence and insight and developing a point of view on implications for Unit4
Experience: 3-6 years of corporate development, strategy and/or management consulting experience, with a preference for candidates with technology/software experience
Skills: Strong Excel modelling, exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, outstanding communication and presentation skills, strong project management skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, results-driven and detail-oriented, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, goal-oriented, self-starter
