What you'll do

• Support the CEO and senior staff.
• Own special strategic projects.
• Conduct market research and business analysis.
• Prepare leadership and board presentations.
• Conduct in-depth business and market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities.
• Provide an objective view on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions.
• Present key findings in concise reports.
• Support the CEO in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create compelling content.
• Support the CEO across strategic projects.
• Execute special projects as requested.
• Support senior staff members.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
• Strong academic achievement.
• 2-5 years in business strategy and operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience conducting market research and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations.
• High standards for quality and accuracy.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Intellectually curious.
• Proactive, self-starter.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $125,000 - $155,000
