Full-Time Supervisor, Billing & Operations

• Leadership & Team Development: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of billing professionals, providing training and performance feedback to foster growth and productivity.
• Billing Operations Oversight: Supervise end-to-end billing activities, including invoicing, adjustments, collections, and payments, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a knowledge resource for billing systems, tools, and processes, supporting the broader CFS team in resolving complex issues.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize billing and operational data to produce reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including finance, sales, operations, and customer service, to resolve discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices: Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and billing best practices to ensure adherence across all processes.
