Job Details

Brightspeed is seeking a Supervisor, Field Operations Support to manage a team of technical call center employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily management and supervision of 15-20 call center employees.
  • Handle escalations from internal departments.
  • Build partner relationships with field support.
  • Maintain production levels by setting goals and coaching.
  • Provide coaching and counseling.
  • Improve work methods and results.
  • Create a positive work environment.
What It Takes To Catch Our Eye:
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, team building, customer service, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBi.
  • Ability to understand new technologies.
Bonus Points For:
  • Previous Martens and/or Ensemble/eShop experience.
  • Knowledge of outside plant and/or field technician processes.
  • Team building experience.
  • Self-starter.
  • Able to work under pressure.
