Job Details
Brightspeed is seeking a Supervisor, Field Operations Support to manage a team of technical call center employees.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily management and supervision of 15-20 call center employees.
- Handle escalations from internal departments.
- Build partner relationships with field support.
- Maintain production levels by setting goals and coaching.
- Provide coaching and counseling.
- Improve work methods and results.
- Create a positive work environment.
What It Takes To Catch Our Eye:
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, team building, customer service, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBi.
- Ability to understand new technologies.
Bonus Points For:
- Previous Martens and/or Ensemble/eShop experience.
- Knowledge of outside plant and/or field technician processes.
- Team building experience.
- Self-starter.
- Able to work under pressure.
