We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering customized strategies tailored to our clients' unique needs across various areas, including supply chain planning, production, and distribution.
As a hands-on consultant, you will conduct in-depth analysis and provide creative solutions that drive tangible results. Your efforts will help clients maximize their resources while also introducing innovative techniques they may not have previously considered.

As a hands-on consultant, you will conduct in-depth analysis and provide creative solutions that drive tangible results. Your efforts will help clients maximize their resources while also introducing innovative techniques they may not have previously considered.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current business situation and cultivate strong relationships.
- Collect and analyze pertinent data, systems, and processes from both supply and demand perspectives.
- Develop and present impactful recommendations, proposals, reports, and formal presentations.
- Identify bottlenecks, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
- Propose solutions, develop and assess alternative strategies to achieve objectives.
- Create performance metrics and generate reports.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements for tools, systems, and processes.
- Develop and use structured project plans to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently.
- Foster and sustain productive relationships with clients in an international environment.
- 5+ years of management consulting, advisory, and project management experience within the supply chain.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis.
- Proven experience and expertise in implementation and change management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to collaborate with project team members and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with business process mapping software such as MS Visio or SAP Signavio.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP systems and APAreas.
- Supply Chain Planning: S&OP, Demand Planning and Forecasting.
- MRP: Buyer/planner process understanding, shop floor dispatch/control installation, BOMs, and master data management.
- Production Planning: Master Scheduling/Capacity Planning.
- Inventory Management: Detailed analysis of inventory data, targets, and achieving inventory reductions
- Distribution: Warehouse/Facilities/Logistics & Transportation Management/Distribution Center Management
- Digital transformation: Key User, Business Process Management/Ownership, Change Management, UAT Lead, Continuous improvement
