Contractor Supply Chain Coordinator

• Schedule and support time-critical and temperature-sensitive materials, including global distribution of cell therapies.
• Coordinate order management processes.
• Collaborate with Patient Operations, Tech Dev, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Quality teams, and CMO partners.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays.
• Ensure documentation and compliance.
• Review and approve courier invoices.
• Contribute to training materials and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call coverage.
• Assist with logistics and operations projects.
• Coordinate with program leads and suppliers for material procurement.
• Assist with inventory management.

• Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in logistics for time-critical and temperature-sensitive products.
• Experience in logistics and planning for autologous cell therapy products.
• 3+ years work experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain / Manufacturing and Global Trade Compliance.
• Familiarity with Clinical Trial Logistics and CAR-T or Cell & Gene Therapy.
• Ability to work with digital systems for procurement, inventory management, and order scheduling.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CFR 21, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirements preferred.
