Full-Time Systems Architect

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and long-term IT roadmap.
• Ensure architectural alignment with business goals and digital strategy.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Conduct gap analysis and lead modernization initiatives.

• Design and document end-to-end infrastructure architecture.
• Produce architecture diagrams and comprehensive system documentation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and resilient.

• Manage a dedicated Azure environment and ensure compliance with IT and security standards.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource usage.
• Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines for deployment and configuration automation.

• Configure hosting environments for digital products and applications.
• Deploy and manage open-source, commercial, and custom tools.
• Enable AI services such as Azure OpenAI API, Azure AI Foundry, and vector databases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or cloud architecture roles.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and working with enterprise and solution architects.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and supporting DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native design, and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL).
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or NIST EA.
• Knowledge of security best practices (e.g., OWASP).

• Experience working in public health or data-intensive environments.
• Background with international or multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Advanced degree in health informatics, data science, bioinformatics, or related technical fields.
