Full-Time Systems Engineer Level II

• Ensures servers and services meet performance and security objectives.
• Responsible for new server deployments and overall server lifecycle.
• Provides guidance to team members on system capacity and performance.
• Executes operations and engineering projects.
• Monitors scheduled jobs and product automation.
• Participates in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Works on building configuration automation to eliminate manual tasks.
• Reviews environments for resource capacity.
• Creates/updates documentation as needed.

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of technology solutions in Azure and IT tools (Solarwinds, Opsgenie, Service Now, etc.).
• Windows Server system administration experiences
• Linux system administration exposure
• Experience with configuration tooling (Ansible), and scripting (Powershell, Python, etc)
• Experience with Windows 2016, 2019 & 2022 Server, Office 365 and cloud solutions (Azure/AWS)
• Experience with Active Directory architecture including integration with Entra
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with virtualization platforms including VMware and Nutanix
• Experience working in a hybrid on- and off-shore mode
• Experience on working Monitoring Tools (Solarwinds)
• Has experience working on compliance/audit reports including experience in audit response process

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

3 years equivalent work experience across infrastructure and software engineering roles.
