Full-Time Systems Reliability Engineer

• Ensure availability, scalability, and efficiency of deployed systems.
• Fault investigation and resolution.
• Implementation of SLO’s and SLI’s.
• Monitor and analyze managed services to improve quality standards.
• Establish and maintain tools and processes for system quality and reliability.
• Implement optimum release and deployment tools.
• Evangelize SRE practices.
• Deep dive analytics and metrics investigations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting, developing, and deploying large-scale software systems.
• Knowledge in release engineering/management and performance optimization.
• Experience as a systems performance or systems reliability engineer.
• Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and operations.
• Experience in programming/scripting languages (e.g., C++, PHP, Python, Perl).
• Understanding of internet and networking protocols (DNS, BGP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with caching and CDN technologies.
• Understanding of video streaming protocols and technologies.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in large, complex systems environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus).
• Experience in system and server administration, large system deployments.
• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge in networking, security, database, and cloud systems.
• Experience with fault-tolerant approaches in large-scale distributed environments.
• Configuration/container orchestration management (Kubernetes, Ansible).
• Knowledge of patch management, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Cloud computing and cloud technologies (AWS Suite, OpenStack).
