Talent Manager is a critical role at NeoReach responsible for finding and managing top-tier influencers.

Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Discovery & Acquisition:
• Actively seek top talent, aligning them with agency values.
• Identify high-growth potential influencers.
• Stay current with influencer marketing trends.

1. Talent Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships, acting as influencers' business representative.
• Regular check-ins to support influencer growth.
• Main point of contact for daily inquiries and major decisions.

1. Brand Partnerships & Deal Management:
• Secure and negotiate brand partnerships.
• Manage contract negotiations, ensuring fairness and alignment.
• Track campaign performance, ensuring influencer meet KPIs.
• Balance authentic content creation with brand objectives.

1. Campaign Support & Execution:
• Collaborate on campaign execution to meet deadlines and budget.
• Help influencers develop content strategies aligned with brands.
• Track deliverables and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Liaison for conflicts and smooth execution.

1. Talent Development & Growth:
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities (beyond partnerships).
• Enhance talent portfolios and guide career development.
• Optimize monetization strategies.

1. Administrative & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and campaigns.
• Report on influencer performance and campaign successes.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Regular check-ins with influencers.
• Negotiate brand collaborations.
• Campaign execution with internal teams.
• Review and track campaign deliverables.
• Provide career coaching and performance insights.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of influencer marketing trends.
