AECOM is seeking a T&D Department Manager, to lead and grow a newly established business line within AECOM Energy.
The T&D Department Manager will have the opportunity to provide overall leadership, vision, and managerial direction to establish AECOM’s position within the National T&D Market.
The T&D Department Manager will own the accountability for all project management, engineering and business development within the USA T&D market, and work closely with other T&D managers and the overall Energy leadership team.
Responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Identification and pursuit of T&D opportunities, Establishing AECOM’s position in the T&D Market, Providing oversight for business development.
- Project Management: Identifying and implementing project management methods, procedures, tools, and technology to execute work profitably, conducting recurring project reviews.
- Staff Management: Recruiting and retaining top talent, conducting performance evaluations.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or related degree + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency, 4+ years leadership experience, 12 years of consulting experience, 8 years of T&D industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
