Full-Time Team Lead

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead with empathy, fostering individual growth and team cohesion. Conduct task reviews and provide constructive feedback. Champion open communication.
• Clear status reporting. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members. Track team performance and project metrics. Develop and maintain SOPs for all team processes.
• Technical & Operational Work: Oversee/Manage GenAI workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms. Oversee and quality checking of content production: slides, video/audio editing, subtitles.
• Support student engagement and social media initiatives. Coordinate 10+ projects with 1-2 primary active projects. Lead others, improve systems, and report to the owner.

• Technical aptitude and experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Proven ability to lead a team, including conducting quality checks and reviewing deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management software.
• Background in project coordination or team leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Confidence in challenging ideas and providing constructive feedback.
