Full-Time Team Lead, Demand Integrations

Cint is seeking a Team Lead for the EMEA & APAC Demand Integrations Team. Reporting to the global lead, you will support high-profile customers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and lead a specialized team.

The Demand Integrations team focuses on providing technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions via API integrations. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting EMEA/APAC customers and their API integrations.
• Ensuring team and company success.
• Monitoring customer integration health and growth.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and R&D teams, aligning with North American counterparts.

What You Will Do:

• Be the primary contact for internal stakeholders in EMEA/APAC.
• Support your team and their growth.
• Build relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.
• Manage internal changes.
• Understand regional customer needs and challenges.
• Build and manage customer relationships.
• Provide technical guidance during integration phases.
• Collaborate on process changes.
• Create internal documentation.
• Recommend API improvements.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Understand customer business models.
• Practice time management and self-discipline.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in mentoring/team management.
• Experience onboarding customers to tech solutions.
• Technical experience with REST APIs and platform integrations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Tech-savvy with expertise in Postman/Bruno, Git/GitHub, and basic API troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented.
• Experience with SQL, Postman/Bruno, Power BI, JIRA, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in English.

• Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks.
• Awareness of modern software development methodologies.
• Additional language skills.
