Working as the Finance & Control Team Lead, you will use your coordinating, monitoring and coaching skills to guide your colleagues in the financial accounting team.
In collaboration with the team, you will ensure that the administration and associated tasks are carried out properly and efficiently.
In addition to being responsible for reporting the figures, you will analyse the figures and discuss any issues with the MT.
You will safeguard the financial health of the Eurofiber Cloud Infrastructure business unit and contribute to process improvements and system optimisations.
You report directly to the Finance Director.
Your main duties include:
- Managing a team of five employees.
- Ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
- Fulfilling an important role in the annual budget process and keeping the monthly forecast up to date.
- Acting as the link to the Financial Director and the business controller.
- Monitoring and analysing financial performance based on the KPIs.
- Managing cash flow.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the (auditing) accountant.
