Full-Time Team Lead, Professional Services

• Lead a team to deliver efficient and impactful implementation services.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and identify areas to improve delivery methodologies and tools.
• Oversee the health of all active AMER services projects.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Cloud Ops.
• Support services sales efforts including SOW creation, scoping, estimating, and client negotiations.
• Own and resolve delivery-related escalations.
• Ensure the team meets utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial performance targets.
• Coach and mentor team members, setting clear performance expectations.
• Contribute to team capacity planning and department OKRs and strategic initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in a professional services or implementation team within a SaaS organization
• Proven experience as a billable resource with utilization targets
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Background in software implementation or delivery project management
• Solid understanding of SaaS consulting models and key delivery metrics
• Proficiency with systems such as CRM, PSA, ERP, or Order Management tools
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong change management skills
