Job Details
Support the Service Manager with contract delivery, focusing on quality, people, and client satisfaction.
Demonstrate leadership capabilities, potentially deputizing for the Service Manager during peak periods.
Allocate workloads, ensuring contracts are prioritized based on project plans.
Manage daily operations of processors, conducting monthly one-on-one meetings.
Continuously improve team performance by identifying areas for development and collaborating with senior management on improvement strategies.
Display strong motivational skills.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of contract delivery legislation; process and quality-check work as needed.
Thoroughly understand the details of the contract(s) for which you are responsible.
Maintain excellent attendance according to NEC’s policy.
Represent the Business Centre professionally, acting as an ambassador and taking on additional duties when required.
Full-time availability between 09:00 and 17:00.
Experience with revenues, training, mentoring, and complaints handling is desired.
Hybrid work from the Hartlepool office.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and provide valid right to work documentation.
