Full-Time Team Leader MER (H/F)

Main missions of the team leader:

The team leader focuses on four main areas:

1. Operational management and performance monitoring: Acts as a delegated operational pilot for Carrefour, ensuring direct supervision of the MER team's activities. Responsible for monitoring and reporting performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness, quality, and timeliness of migrations.
2. Project coordination and planning: Serves as the primary and regular point of contact for project managers of strategic programs (ORION, LYRA, ARIANE). Ensures synchronization between project needs and the MER team's capabilities, proactively adapting the operations schedule.
3. Team management and skills development: Manages the skills of consultants, identifying training needs and ensuring the adequacy of expertise with project requirements. Supports the SDM in the qualification process of new profiles to strengthen the team.
4. Risk and blockage management: Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and escalating blockages, technical or organizational difficulties, and potential risks on projects in a structured manner.

This role is central, acting as a link between project strategy and operational execution, ensuring alignment and effectiveness of network deployments for Carrefour.

Profile required:

• Education: Bac+5 degree in engineering school or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in network deployment environments, including at least 4 years in coordination or management of field teams.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, allocate resources, and manage multiple fronts in parallel.
• Natural leadership, teaching and transmission skills.
• Excellent command of project stakes (costs, deadlines, quality, management).
• Comfortable with planning, ticketing, and management tools (Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in French, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, rigorous, proactive and result-oriented.

Constraints and work environment:

• Workload shared between operational coordination and participation in project committees.
• Daily interactions with technical and non-technical stakeholders (project, client, production).
• Availability required on certain HNO slots during critical deployment periods.
