Full-Time Tech Lead Senior Java

Job Objective: Simplify, harmonize, and automate the company's operational processes.

Technical Lead Java Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business, product management, and design teams to create ergonomic and reliable tools.
• Lead and supervise a development team in the design, development, and maintenance of complex Java applications.
• Utilize cloud technologies and continuous integration tools.
• Ensure the quality and performance of developed code.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in Java development.
• Experience in the retail or large distribution sector is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and its associated frameworks, including Spring.
• Strong expertise in Docker container management for application orchestration and deployment.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, including computing, storage, and database services.
• Expertise in Kubernetes for container management.
• Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) and complex queries.
• Understanding of messaging technologies like Kafka.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and reports.
• Analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
